Terms of Service

Purchases and Licensing

All digital products are purchased through Tebex Checkout and linked to the Cfx.re account authorized during payment. Customers are responsible for authorizing the correct account.

Refunds and Disputes

Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes follow Tebex policies and product-page disclosures. Refunded or disputed transactions may result in revocation of store-side product access.

License Scope

A purchase grants a license for the specified server or account scope and does not transfer source-code copyright. Resale, leaks, sharing, cracking, or bypassing Asset Escrow are prohibited.

Support Boundaries

Support covers standard installation, configuration, and product defects. Third-party conflicts, damaged server environments, and unauthorized modifications require separate assessment.
