🧠 How It Works
🚗 A player is killed by another player using a vehicle.
📋 The system creates a vehicle kill case.
⚖️ The victim receives a settlement prompt.
💵 The victim can accept compensation and close the case.
🚔 If the victim rejects the settlement, the system attempts to use your configured external jail or community service resource.
📢 If no compatible punishment resource is available, the case is logged and staff can be notified.
